For 2023, we need your help to raise £40,000 towards breaking the cycle of addiction. Your donations will support people in their recovery journey from addiction by providing free non-time limited peer-based group therapy for free in Stevenage, St Albans and Watford. This represents the cost of supporting eight people attending our main counselling group for 12 months (the length of time it takes, on average, to achieve long-lasting success).

Our daytime, group therapy for recovery from addiction is FREE. This means that everyone who needs our us is able to access support to maintain abstinence and achieve long-term recovery whatever their financial situation is.
