We are here for you on your abstinence recovery journey. You can make an appointment by phone or online. Our free, daily group therapy sessions take place at our hubs in Stevenage, St Albans and Watford. 

We are taking referrals from adults that live in Hertfordshire, so take your first step towards recovery with us today, by using our enquiry form. Our team will respond within three working days.
