Update: All groups were moved online from Wednesday 22/12/2021, but on 31/12/2021, the Stevenage main counselling group and Disordered Eating group will return to the hub under Covid19 good hygiene practice.  This decision will be continuously monitored, with staff and clients requested to conduct regular lateral flow tests, prior to attending in person.

We hope to resume other sessions in our hubs on Tuesday 11/01/2022.

We have decided to move all counselling sessions online from Wednesday 22/12/2021 until at least Monday 10/01/2022. 

We hope to resume sessions in our hubs on Tuesday 11/01/2022. 

Our main priority is keeping everyone safe; this new Covid19 variant is spreading quickly and we are seeing a real increase in people reporting positive tests. We do not want to put clients, staff, volunteers or loved ones at risk and returning to Zoom sessions is the best way to protect us all throughout the holiday period.  

We have a history of taking precautions before they become mandatory and this has enabled us to continue supporting the people who need us most successfully throughout each lockdown and beyond. Our telephone services will not be affected and we can still support anyone who is not able to access Zoom. 

We know these are difficult times for us all, so please remember we are here to support and keep everyone safe. If you are a client and have any questions or concerns, please talk to your key-worker. For technical help please email [email protected]
