Bank Counsellors – with lived experience of addiction and sustained recovery.

Counsellors trained to Level 4/5 needed to help us expand our service. They must have lived experience of addiction, be a member of the BACP or FDAP and have a minimum of 5 years of recovery. As we provide group counselling, it is essential that the right person has experience of group therapy.

The service will be delivered online using Zoom or in a Location Setting. Training will be provided for Zoom and how we work, equipment will also be provided.

£14.02 per hour with opportunities for overtime and access to our Employee Assistance Programme as well as clinical supervision. We are looking to recruit during September. The available hours are variable from 7 up to 28 per week during the day, some hours for evening work are available at an enhanced rate.

You will work in pairs facilitating groups and will use psycho-therapeutic, psycho-dynamic, person centred and CBT approaches. You will become part of a professional and innovative team, supported by a management and leadership team. As we manage our clients fully from triage to planned exit, you will need good IT skills.

Volunteer Administrator and Receptionist

We are looking for people with a professional, friendly and welcoming manner as the role includes speaking with potential clients on the phone, dealing with general enquiries and problem solving. The role also requires administration duties.
